LeoLux is simply put, my family’s passion business built out of our love for real-estate, design, vacation rentals, and creative marketing. Technically, we’re only a team of three; I’m Nadya, the Co-Founder, my husband Marcus, the Founder & brains of the operation, and our 5 year old son Leo, who the company is appropriately named after… but officially, we’re powered by one of Scottsdale’s fastest growing Agencies, VIIRL… to which Marcus is the President and Founder. In short, we’re small and personal when we need to be, but have an army of resources behind us – Guess who built this cool brand and website? VIIRL, yea you get it now.

We started the business I assume just like every investor and real estate lover does… “Hey we should buy a place, rent our place out and make some money!” This turned out to be an extremely profitable Airbnb, so we continued expanding our portfolios. Our love for real estate prompted me to get licensed and before I knew it, I had over $12,000,000 in sales in less than 3 years while raising 2 kids. Talk about a learning curve! Between my immigrant work ethic and spending a decade negotiating in high level sales, I attributed this success by a phrase I love to live by, “The answer is always no unless you ask.”
